Input Distribution Reporting Data
The Distribution page provides NGO partners with a streamlined view of all line items that are part of a finalised or received offer. This means the product is either:
- En route from the donor to your organisation, or
- Already received and ready for distribution.
Once the donor company has received all required information and the offer is marked as complete, the line item will be removed from your Distribution view.
How to Use the Distribution Page
🔍 Search and Filter Tools
Use the built-in tools to quickly locate specific items:
Search by:
Filter by Offer Status:
Filter by Item Status:
Search by offer code, batch number, or PO number
âś… Actions You Can Take
Once you've selected one or more line items, you can perform the following actions:
Mark as Received
Confirm that the product has arrived at your warehouse.
Mark as Distributed
Indicate that the product has been fully distributed.
Set Use of Donation
Report how the product is being used (e.g., programme type, beneficiary group).
Set Distribution Details
Add distribution countries and/or local partner organisations.
Select one or more items to take action, such as set use of donation
📦 Individual Line Item Actions
For each line item, you can:
Navigate to the related offer
Quickly access the full offer that contains the item.
Input distribution data
Record details such as the number of recipients reached.
Complete all standard actions
Including setting use of donation, marking as distributed, and adding distribution partners.
Click the pencil icon to enter information onto individual line itemsOnce the donor company has received all required information and the offer is marked as complete, the line item will be removed from your Distribution view. This means that your distribution page becomes a list of line items which the donating company is waiting on distribution data for.
