How to sort your offer Excel download by expiry date
When considering how you respond to an offer, it can be helpful
to sort the offer by critical information such as product expiry date. This is
possible once you have downloaded the offer spreadsheet.

Note: Remember, there are two spreadsheets you can download
from an offer; firstly, the ‘Download offer’ sheet which can be used to review
the offer in detail or share with a colleague but cannot be used to update the offer.
Secondly, the ‘Download’ spreadsheet, found in the update via spreadsheet section which can be used to review some details
of the offer as well as update the offer by uploading your edited spreadsheet. The following steps work for both versions of the spreadsheet.
1. Download your offer spreadsheet by clicking either the 'DOWNLOAD OFFER' button in the header, or the 'DOWNLOAD' button in update via spreadsheet
2. Open the spreadsheet and highlight all rows from the column headers onwards (exclude the first 3 or four rows):
3. Click ‘Sort & Filter’ > 'Custom Sort' in the
navigation bar:
4. Select ‘Expiry date’ in the sort
by dropdown menu
5. Click OK and you will be prompted
to respond to a warning. Select ‘Sort anything that looks like a number, as a
number’:
6. Press OK, and now your
spreadsheet will be sorted by expiry date:
