How to send a request for product to a donor company
This short video will guide NGO partners to use the External Partner Requests function to share a needs list with donor companies, so that they can review, consider and respond to an NGO partner's need.
Key Takeaways:
- Create a spreadsheet containing details of your product request, e.g., product code and brand (if known), description of desired product, units required, and a comment on how you would like to use the product.
- Once you have created a request on the External Partner Requests page, attach your needs request spreadsheet to a message to your donor company.
- If it is not possible to fulfil your request, your donor company may close the request. You can also cancel it should you no longer need the product.
- If it is possible to fulfil your request, your donor company will advance the request to resolved and share a new offer with you based upon your request.
