Interface Overview for External Partners (NGOs)
When you first login to Boaz, you’ll be presented with the
latest communications that have been sent from and to your organisation. Click
the blue offer code to navigate to the related offer.
Hover your cursor over the menu on the left-hand side to
reveal the menu. Here you can use the following menu links:
Dashboard | Takes you back to your communications dashboard. |
Users & Organisations | Where you can view users and local partners
associated with your organisation |
Offers | Where you can view and respond to offers of
product. This is where you’re likely to spend the majority of your time as you
view and respond to offers. |
External Partner Requests | Where you can share requests for product with
your OPCO/s (Operating Companies). |
Offer Attachments | Where you can view any relevant attachments or documentation related to your offers. |
Reports | Where you can view and download Excel reports about your offers. |
Edit Profile | Where you can edit your user profile or change your password. |
Logout | Click here to log out! Be aware that you’ll automatically be logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity.

- Every offer has an automatically assigned unique code, for example: #1028-359. Later, you can add your own unique code that may relate to your own internal systems such as a PO number.
- You will see the acronyms, EXP and OPCO throughout Boaz. EXP stands for External Partner. OPCO stands for Operating Company; the company that is offering your product.
- The platform will automatically log you out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
